Reimagine Learning

Learning at the center

In a growth mindset, challenges are exciting rather than threatening. So instead of thinking, “I’m going to show my weaknesses,” you say, “Wow, here’s an opportunity to grow.”.

Karol Dweck

We work on learning skills through the growth mindset, where the way we perceive mistakes and challenges directly influences our ability to learn and improve.

With growth mindset we refer to the opportunities that challenges present to us, leading us to expand our abilities.

We no longer see challenges as threats, quite the opposite, but as fertile ground for learning, and the approach takes a path in which we change the need to avoid error to see an error to see an opportunity to improve.

In challenges, we discover and identify areas for growth, placing fundamental importance on effort, practice, and perseverance, qualities essential for progressing and thriving in adult life.

By overcoming the fear of failure, we cultivate resilience and learn to view failure as a path to improvement, overcoming obstacles and strengthening selfesteem.

By discovering the opportunity for improvement, motivation is born and the learning process begins to be exciting.
