We were hosts at this event where Santiago College and Craighouse were invited to participate in different activities where children design and build objects.

The main objective is to enhance pupils competencies through activities that demand design and making skills. To encourage pupils to generate ideas through handling materials, talking and listening to the others and to reflect upon their work.

This time our students had two challenges the first one was to build a tower with straws that could stand on its own. The second challenge was to build out of newspaper an airplane that could fly for a longer period of time.

We had a beautiful morning were students and teachers from the three schools share, work and got involved in the different activities.
