On the 29th Dunalastair Peñalolén re-opened its library. The library has as aim objective to support the teaching process by providing resources in a variety of media such as: Readings, encyclopedias, atlas, and so on. Other crucial aspect is to motivate students in reading, so that one of the library aims is to provide books for recreational reading in order to try foster love of readings.
On this context, the launch of our library was focused on encouraging reading and the use of books as resource of information. Therefore, children participated in an exposition named ‘books and films’ as well as they learned about the library methodology. |
