During an English class Miss Tatiana interupted and told the children and Miss Barbara that she needed a new box to transport all the copybooks and work that they do everyday. Because of that, she tipped over the dustbin and left all the garbage on the floor. Seeing this,  the children started giving their opinions and solutions to the problem of space, and arguing that the garbage cannot be thrown on the floor.

They desided to teach everybody in one way or another how to take care of our planet. The differents groups did the following:

• Wrote a letter to Mr. Mackenzie to ask for a dustbin for recicling paper.
• Wrote a letter to Miss Finkelstein to tell her what they had learnt about taking care of the planet.
• Made posters to paste around the school where they told everybody  ways to take care of the planet.
• Made notes for parents, where they tell them to save the light and pick up the garbage off the streets.
