In the context of the investigation “How we benefit from animals” our Playgroup students learnt about animals, their contribution to our lives and the products we can obtain from them.

Within the Unit “Sharing the Planet”, they read the tale “Pancakes, pancakes” by Eric Carle, a beautiful story about a boy who wants to cook pancakes; through exploration he discovers what food came from animals.

To end this activity the four Playgroups and their teachers cooked and enjoyed some delicious pancakes!.
