CARING FOR THE EARTH IN PLAYGROUP
In this learning experience, children explored their classroom's environment to become acquainted with the different kind of trash that can be found in their bins. Students generated solutions for handling their class trash, for example recycling. This way they demonstrated their awareness and how they can help caring for our planet.
Children created different elements as sprinklers to water the plants, spaceships, little doll houses, and decorated boxes to leave them in the classroom to put their erasers.
Children realized that trash can be used in many different ways that can be entertaining. And especially, that trash can be reusable in the classroom and at home.
